First post of the year!!!

Oh my heck! I can't believe how fast this month has gone so far! Well, just to give you all an update on what is going on and why it's been so busy for me... My job here at the title company has gone back to full time again! Yay! ... and I am still busy picking up shifts at the bar. So whenever I can work, that is what I am doing! Meanwhile, Austin is trying selling his condo so he can buy a house! Getting it ready to sale has been crazy! He hasn't had to do much, just a lot of touch up work from the prior owner. If anyone is interested, let me know! Selling it for $123k! Hopefully... eventually... by the time he/we find the house we want, I will be selling or renting my house too! A girls got to get married eventually, right? Don't worry, he hasn't asked yet, this is just my little way of venting that he hasn't... haha! Well, that's all I have for now, hopefulling everyone is making the most of this new year!
